1. Flexible Refund Structure

• 24+ hours notice: 100% refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 90% refund
• 6-12 hours notice: 75% refund
• 2-6 hours notice: 50% refund or 100% credit toward future ride
• Less than 2 hours: Non-refundable

2. First-Time Customer Courtesy New customers receive a one-time waiver for late cancellations, allowing a full refund even within the 2-hour window.

3. Loyalty Benefits

• Frequent riders (5+ trips): One free late cancellation per quarter
• Premium members (10+ trips): Two free late cancellations per quarter

4. Flexible Options Instead of a refund, customers may choose:

• 100% credit toward any future booking (valid for 12 months)
• Rescheduling to any available time slot within 30 days
• Transfer the booking to another person

5. No-Questions-Asked Grace Period All bookings include a 30-minute grace period after confirmation during which you can cancel for any reason with a full refund.
